How credits work
- • 1 credit = 1 phone call. Whether Neptune calls one barber or five, each call is one credit.
- • Quick book: 1 credit total. Books on the same call.
- • Scout 5 providers: 6 credits (5 scout calls + 1 confirmation).
- • Retries: +1 credit each (only if you click Retry).
A few things worth knowing
- • Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits don't roll over.
- • Free accounts can sign up and preview but cannot make real bookings.
- • Cancel any time from the dashboard. Pro stays active through the end of the billing period.
