Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

1. The service

Neptune Scheduler ("Neptune", "we", "us") is a consumer AI booking concierge that places outbound AI voice calls to local service providers on your behalf to find and confirm appointments. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Neptune. The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscription and billing

Neptune offers a free tier (preview only — no real bookings) and two paid plans: Pro ($19.99/month, 25 booking credits) and Pro+ ($49.99/month, 60 booking credits), billed through Stripe. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. One credit equals one phone call placed on your behalf. Pro and Pro+ subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Credits consumed are non-refundable, but we will refund a credit if Neptune fails to complete a booking through no fault of yours.

4. Authorization to call on your behalf

By submitting a booking request, you explicitly authorize Neptune to place outbound AI voice calls to local businesses on your behalf to inquire about and reserve appointments. Neptune will identify itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of you at the start of every call. You must not use Neptune to book on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Neptune to:

  • Place calls for illegal services or purposes.
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud businesses or third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our calling infrastructure.
  • Create multiple paid accounts to circumvent monthly credit allotments.
  • Use the service for commercial booking operations (e.g., reselling bookings).

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Best-effort service

Neptune is a best-effort service. We do not guarantee that calls will always reach a provider, that providers will have availability, or that confirmed appointments will be honored by the business. If a booking fails entirely, your credit is not consumed. Neptune is not responsible for no-shows, cancellations by the provider, or errors in appointment details communicated during the call.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the total fees you paid to Neptune in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute resolution

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware, with proceedings conducted in English. Class actions are waived. You and Neptune each retain the right to bring claims in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
