Terms of Service

1. Service

AI Front Desk provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service ("Service") for small businesses. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription and billing

Plans renew monthly. Overage minutes are billed at the rate listed on your plan. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to make or receive calls that violate any law, harass third parties, defraud, or transmit malware. Calls must comply with applicable telephone-consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

4. Recording disclosure

You're responsible for ensuring callers are notified that calls are recorded where law requires it. Our default agent prompt includes a disclosure; if you remove it, you take responsibility.

5. Data ownership

You own the data your customers share with the AI. We process it on your behalf to operate the Service.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed calls, mis-routed calls, or business losses caused by Service downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the update means you accept the changes.
